I’m a builder, connector, and unapologetic advocate for raising the bar across the global adult industry. For years, my work has focused on one core mission: unifying creators, studios, and professionals under ethical, sustainable, and truly professional standards that put people first. I operate at the intersection of production excellence and creator advocacy, ensuring that growth, visibility, and success never come at the expense of integrity.

As the driving force behind the International Content Creator Awards (ICCA), I tackled one of the industry’s most persistent problems head-on: global accessibility. By creating a fan-nominated awards platform hosted in an LGBT-friendly location that bypasses restrictive visa barriers, the ICCA opened the door for international creators to be recognized on a genuinely level playing field. Recognition shouldn’t be limited by geography, politics, or gatekeeping—and I’ve made it my responsibility to help dismantle those barriers.

Through Shooting Starr Productions, I work to bridge traditional studio standards with creator-driven innovation, helping productions evolve alongside the modern creator economy. With Rising Starr Talent, I focus on professional representation, long-term growth, and sustainable careers for independent creators—because longevity matters, and exploitation has no place in a serious industry.

As a Board Member of the Pearl Industry Network (PiN), I bring a pragmatic, infrastructure-focused perspective to the table. My commitment is to creator visibility, formal recognition, and responsible industry frameworks that support real careers—not short-term hype. PiN represents the future I’ve been working toward: an industry built on transparency, global inclusion, ethical standards, and mutual respect between creators and professionals.

This isn’t about optics. It’s about building systems that last. I’m here to help shape an adult industry that is healthier, more sustainable, and truly worthy of the people who power it.
